The best place to stay in Victoria!
When summer ends, it’s still beautiful in Victoria. Our temperate atmosphere stays warm sunny nearly all year. For many who live here, Fall is one of the best times of year! That’s good, because there’s plenty to see and do. Check out some of these upcoming events that we’re excited for!

Taking place over September 22 and 23, the Victoria Wine Festival will feature over 300 wines from around the world and plenty of trained sommeliers who will help even the most novice wine taster appreciate the finer points of the world’s favourite beverage! This is sure to be a relaxed and fun event that’s even a bit educational! Details available here.

Victoria’s Fort Rodd Hill is a historically significant military placement that guarded BC’s shores for many years. A fascinating visit at any time, on September 23 they will be opening their doors after dark for guided tours under lantern light! Even better, historic re-enactors from the Victoria-Esquimalt Military Re-enactors Association will be playing roles around the fort, giving a glimpse into the operations of the fort and lending some drama to the night! Learn something about the local history in a fun, interactive way while raising funds for VEMRA.

One of Western Canada’s largest vintage clothing items, the Victoria Vintage Expo takes place September 29 and 30 at the Crystal Garden! Featuring vintage fashionable items including: clothing, jewelry, accessories, as well as housewares, mid-century style, records, decor, steam punk, art, furniture & vintage inspired items, as well as a live DJ and fashion shows, this is a can’t miss for anyone with an interest in clothing and fashion.
