Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agents are responsible for ensuring that each guest is checked in and checked out of the Hotel according to Hotel standards. 
Responsibilities:
•Checking in and out Hotel guests
•Make Reservations
•Answer/Make calls using Switchboard
•Handling of Cash/Cashouts
•Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
•Organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Previous guest service experience considered an asset.
•Excellent organization and communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
•Team oriented

Night Auditor

Night Audit Clerks are responsiblilities include checking  figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing reports and tables.  Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.  Check departure folios; verify daily cash sheets and paper work of all reps, ensuring all totals are accurate and posted correctly.  Close and reset credit card system; update no shows; run final night audit and associated reports.  Some spreadsheets.  Some Restaurant/Lounge accounting forms and spreadsheets.

Housekeeper

The Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring that each guest’s room is presented according to Hotel standards.
Responsibilities include:
·Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards. This includes changing the bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, changing the towels, removing all garbage, deep cleaning, etc. May also include some janitorial.
·To be Health & Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
·Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
·Organizational skills and attention to detail.
·Previous guest service and/or Housekeeping experience considered an asset.
·Excellent organization and communication skills.
·Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
·Team oriented
