WHALE WATCHING

The Georgia Strait separating Vancouver Island from the mainland is the home of abundant sealife, including the majestic Orca whale! There are multiple services in Victoria that will take you for a tour on a zodiac or even a luxury yacht with an experienced guide to see them! Enjoy the spray of sea water on your life, beautiful scenery, and a chance encounter with a truly beautiful animal.
 

CRAIGDARROCH CASTLE

A castle built by Scottish coal baron Robert Dunsmuir in the late 19th Century, Craigdarroch Castle has been restored as a historic site and museum. Fascinating ours give you insights into the lives of the Dunsmuirs and the culture of the time, as well as the history of this marvelous building. It’s like a real life episode of Downton Abbey, and shouldn’t be missed!
 

BUTCHART GARDENS

Victoria is famous for its gardens, and no Victoria garden is more famous than the Butchart Gardens. One of the world’s premier floral show gardens, Butchart Gardens are almost overwhelming in their beauty. With daily entertainment through the summer and a fine dining experience, complete with high tea, in our onsite restaurant The Dining Room, Butchart is beautiful all through the year but perhaps MOST gorgeous in the summer.
