Christmas Events You Won’t Want To Miss

Victoria is known as a large and expansive tourist town but is also a very close-knit community. The residents of Victoria just love to celebrate the holidays in a big way, with many festive events, attractions, and Christmas markets to spread the joy and happiness of the season! Here are three very Merry events that you’ll want to check out and bring the whole family to.

Kids Christmas at the Castle 

Christmas is the time to spend with family. It's the time of the year to create a lot of happy moments, especially for the kids. This year, create joyous long-lasting memories at the Kids Christmas at the Castle that will take place at the Fairmont Empress Hotel on December 15th from 12 pm - 3 pm. Parents and kids alike will enjoy themselves. There will be Champagne canapes for Mom and Dad, while for the little ones, there will be storytime, arts and crafts, and best of all, a candy buffet! Last but not least, all the children can participate in a letter-writing campaign to Santa and they can expect Santa to write back! Tickets are $85 for two adults and one child, with a charge of $25 for each additional child.
 

Moss Street Holiday Market 

This year's Holiday Market at Moss Street will be held on December 14th and 15th, both days from 10 am - 4 pm. The Moss Street Holiday Market will be located in the Fairfield Gonzales Community Association Buildings, at 1330 Fairfield Rd, and will feature over 80 vendors, showcasing locally produced merchandise including arts, crafts, cards, clothing, jewelry, household items and much more! There will also be food and beverage vendors offering fresh meat and produce, wine, coffee, and apple cider. The event is free so come on over to explore, shop and enjoy the best the season has to offer.

Pancakes in Pajamas 

What’s a better way to spend your morning lounging in your pajamas? Lounging in your pajamas with Santa and pancakes! This year's Pancakes in Pajamas will be held at the Hotel Grand Pacific, on December 15th from 10 am - 12 pm. Admission for kids under 12 years are $25 each and $45 for everyone12 years and up.
